Now to address the question I’ve been getting all the time recently – when is the housing market going to crash?

Here’s the thing – the housing market is fundamentally different from what it was in 2008 because most people are actually sitting on a ton of equity in their homes and banks haven’t been giving away mortgages to anyone who asked for one.
